GTA 5 was recently added to Xbox Game Pass, which has allowed new players to join the world of Los Santos. Well, it looks like the FiveM team is looking to onboard new players as well, as they’ve added support for playing the game through the PC Game Pass service! While FiveM is not in great shape in 2025, it is still very popular among players!
FiveM support added for PC Game Pass.
The developers officially announced support for the Game Pass version through a post on their Discord server. As per them, the FiveM launcher will automatically detect the installation of GTA 5. After which, everything should now work just like it does for Rockstar Games Launcher, Steam, or Epic Games users.

It is important to note that, while PC Game Pass has added GTA 5 Legacy and Enhanced, FiveM will only work if you’ve installed the Legacy version of the game. That’s because, as of now, FiveM does not support GTA 5 Enhanced. Although the developers have announced that they’re bringing FiveM support for GTA 5 Enhanced on PC soon, no release date has been announced.
