Looks like the wait for reliable GTA 6 leaks is finally over. Recently, a Reddit User made a post on the subreddit r/GTA claiming to have worked on GTA 6. He has shared some insights about the game, and ever since then, his post has been catching a lot of attention from the GTA community. Let’s check out the claims he has made!

Disclaimer: Before moving forward, it is important to know this is just a rumour. We cannot know anything for certain until and unless Rockstar Games confirms it themselves. So please take it with a grain of salt.

Dynamic NPC System & More

First shared by GTA 6 Countdown via X, the now-deleted Reddit user made a post on the r/GTA subreddit claiming to have worked on GTA 6. As per the user, he was using a burner account, and he says, “I worked on GTA 6 for less than a year and won’t share specific dates or responsibilities. I have no knowledge of the release date.”

First up, the user claims that the game will have a “Variable NPC density” at beaches/city centres based on the day of the week. So, suppose it’s Sunday, then the beaches would be filled with people. However, on a normal weekday like Monday, the user claims, “might see lower NPC volume”. He claims that the trailer’s crowd levels reflect typical weekend traffic.

Furthermore, the user claimed that there will be in-game events and concerts. In those concerts, tourists will wear branded t-shirts, mirroring real-life event culture. He also claims that several YouTube channels were used for environmental and design references. As they helped shape “environmental behavior to reflect real-world realism in certain areas” of the game.

In other news, it was recently reported that a new patent has been filed for GTA 6. The patent reveals some advanced animation tech that could be used in the game. It has been revealed that the game would carry out animations for all characters of different weights and builds with ease. Character customisation in the online component of GTA 6 could get a huge benefit from this feature.
