GTA 4 was the first game in the HD universe of the series, and the game was released in 2008. It was released for all the major platforms, including the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. After a few months of the release of the game, two DLCs for the game were released too, which were The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. Today we will be seeing the cheat codes for the game and its DLCs, and these will work for all the versions of GTA 4.
By using some of these cheats, the game can disable achievements/trophies based on the platform you’re playing on. However, that is only applicable on the active save file; if the achievements get blocked, they can be unblocked by loading a save file without blocked achievements/trophies.

Using these cheat codes is very simple too, as all you need to do is bring up the phone number pad and type a cheat code number into the phone. After this has been done once, the cheat will be stored in the phone and accessible from the “Cheats” menu there.
