There has been a new update in regards to the Union Busting case of Rockstar Games! In case you’re unaware, the company has been under a lot of fire ever since they fired over 31 employees, over “gross misconduct” claims. However, later on, it was revealed that this may have been done to stop the formation of a union. So far, one protest was held outside Rockstar North, where many spoke up! But today, there has been a new twist to the case, as over 200+ Rockstar Employees have signed an open letter calling out to the management!
Open Letter To The Management
The IGWB Union has recently reported that the staff working at Rockstar North have delivered a letter to senior management! This letter was signed by over 200 members of current employees, and it is regarding the firing of 31 employees last week! The letter states that all the signed staff believe it was an act of union busting. Not only that, but they’ve also demanded that the upper management reinstate all their fired colleagues.
Upon seeing the support from their colleagues, one of the fired employees said, “It’s heartwarming to see so many of our colleagues supporting us and holding management to account – during a period where Rockstar want us to feel scared, my brave former colleagues are marching straight up to our boss’s door and demanding our voices are heard and not backing down,”
Further Protest Dates Revealed
As for the further protest dates, IGWB Union has revealed the exact dates via an Instagram post. The first of the two protests will begin at 8 AM today on Friday, the 14th of November, outside of Take-Two Interactive’s London office. The second protest, or the “march”, will be held in Holyrood from 5 pm CET on 18th November.

The IGWB Union post on Instagram says the following: “Stand in solidarity with the fired Rockstar workers and demand their reinstatement. Join us in London on Friday morning at 8am or in Edinburgh on Tuesday afternoon from 5pm for a march on Holyrood.”
Pressure From The UK Parliament
Believe it or not, but this matter has gone even further! Rockstar Games is now even under pressure from the Parliament of UK as well because of the firings. A video has recently surfaced on X, where it can be seen that this matter was briefly being discussed in the parliament! We’ll update our post, if there’s any new update from Rockstar Games!
