Rockstar Games’ most anticipated game, GTA 6, is already making headlines every day as new leaks keep coming out. However, as of now, we still haven’t gotten any information about the release date for the game on PC. But that seems to have changed, as recently, Corsair’s CEO did say something about the release date for the game on PC. Let’s check out what he had to say!
GTA 6 Release Date for PC
Upon being asked a question about GTA 6 during the company’s earnings call, Corsair’s CEO, Andy Paul, replied, “GTA 6 is probably the one everyone is talking about. And we’ll get a glimpse of that, I think, later on in the year for console. My understanding now it’s going to come out in the fall for console, and then early ’26 for PC.”
In the same earnings call, he also mentioned how demanding the game could be on PC when it finally releases. He said, “And GTA 6, the most anticipated and hardware demanding game is now in sight, although still likely a year away.”

Meanwhile, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive, has still not released any official statement on the PC launch for the game. Trailer 1 for the game only confirmed that the game is going to be released for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
In a recent interview with IGN, which we covered, Strauss Zelnick, Take-Two’s CEO, also mentioned the importance of PC as a platform for them, He said, “We have seen PC become a much more and more important part of what used to be a console business, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see that trend continue,”
Recently, a Hong Kong-based retailer listed GTA 6 early, even before we got to see any announcements from Rockstar Games, along with its price and release window.
