Rockstar Games has released a new update for GTA 5 Enhanced on PC. While this new update does not bring any new changes, it does fix quite a few important things that were reported by players previously! Let’s check out the update in detail.
What changes does the update bring?
The update is now available on all the launchers, including Rockstar Games Launcher, Steam and Epic Games Store. The update comes in at around 1.25GB. While Rockstar Games did not officially release any patch notes for the update, @Tez2 on X reported the following changes:

Fixes an issue where completing any of the “Oscar Guzman Flies Again” missions was not tracked in Career Progress.

Fixes an issue where migrated players did not receive the free coupon for the Karin S95.

The Police Barrier is now available in Creator modes.

So far, since the release of the Enhanced edition, Rockstar has released 4 updates. These updates have fixed some important issues. However, the text chats for GTA Online, which players have been demanding since the release, have not been added so far. But it looks like they could be added soon as it was reported that Text Chat could soon be added to GTA 5 Enhanced On PC.
In other news, it was recently reported that FiveM support for GTA 5 Enhanced Edition has been announced. While we do not know about the release date for it yet, the team has also announced another project. They’ve announced that they’re bringing an Official Modding Utility For GTA 5 Enhanced. This would allow the usage of custom assets from the legacy version to the newer game.
