Rockstar Games has rolled out a new weekly update for GTA Online from 8th May to 14th May. It brings many new things that are limited for this week only. So, without wasting any further time, let’s check out all the new changes.
New Weekly Changes:
This week’s updates bring a new mission that involves tracking down Dr. Dre’s stolen phone and exacting revenge in The Data Leaks. If you’re completing the said missions, then you’ll be eligible for 2x GTA$ and RP. Along with that, after completing the finale of the mission, players will also be eligible to get an extra GTA$100,000 as part of the weekly challenge.
This week’s rewards:
Along with that, players can also get 2x GTA$ and RP on Security Contracts. Even the Featured Series have been updated as well, and now players are eligible for 2x GTA$ and RP on Double Down. Meanwhile, players competing in the Community Series will be eligible for 3x GTA$ and RP. All these rewards would only be in the game for a limited time, till May 14th!

Aside from regular discounts, this week’s gun van discounts feature the Compact Grenade Launcher & RPG, which will be available for free. Meanwhile, the Stun Gun, Throwables and Armour will be available at a 30% discount. If you’ve subscribed to GTA+, then you can get the Service Carbine at a 40% discount. Not only that, but the El Strickler Military Rifle would also be available for free.

In other news, it was recently reported that GTA 6 has been listed on the PlayStation Store. The release date on the listing is mentioned as May 26th, 2026. Gamers can wishlist the game right away. Rockstar Games has yet to announce any information on the pre-order details for the game.
